"Tsuruga Buffet Dining Sapporo" is a restaurant of the Tsuruga group that owns and operates hot spring hotels at 13 locations in Hokkaido. The restaurant has an informal buffet style, yet has genuine cuisine prepared in our lively kitchen, ready to serve you with Japanese and Western cuisines as well as fine desserts that use Hokkaido's fresh foodstuff.
